Does it cost more than repairing in store?
The repair itself is the same price as at our Papanui Road store. No call-out charge within 5 km of our Papanui store. Further away? We'll give you an estimate for the travel before we book.
Which areas do you cover?
Anywhere in Christchurch. Let us know your address or suburb when you book — within 5 km of our store there's no call-out charge; further away we'll send you an estimate first.
Which days and times?
Monday – Sunday, 5:00pm – 9:00pm. During the day you're welcome to visit our store: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, Saturday – Sunday 10:00am – 2:00pm, Public Holidays Closed.
Can every repair be done at home?
Most common repairs can. If your device needs our workshop equipment (for example some water damage or board repairs), we'll tell you before we book so there are no surprises.
