NextGen Repairs and Accessories Ltd ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
Information we collect
Name, email, phone number and device details when you book a repair, place an order, or create an account. We don't collect card details through this website — payment is arranged directly with you via WhatsApp or in-store. If online payment is added in future, it will be processed directly by our payment providers (Stripe, Windcave), who never share full card numbers with us.
How we use it
To provide repair services, process orders, send status updates and receipts, and — only with your consent — send marketing communications. We use anonymised analytics (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) to understand site usage after you accept cookies.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you may request access to, or correction of, your personal information at any time by contacting Support@nextgenrepairs.co.nz.
Data storage & security
Data is stored securely with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We retain repair and order records for as long as required for warranty and accounting purposes.
Third parties
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate (payment processors, couriers, SMS/email providers) — never sold to third parties for their own marketing.
