Shipping
We ship NZ-wide via NZ Post, CourierPost and Aramex. Standard shipping is $5.99, and free on orders over $75. Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day and arrive within 1–3 business days (rural addresses may take longer).
Click & Collect
Order online and collect for free from our 466A Papanui Road, Christchurch, New Zealand store, usually ready within 2 hours during business hours. We'll email and text you when it's ready.
Returns
Unused accessories in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Faulty items are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act — we'll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you.
How to return an item
Contact us with your order number to arrange a return. For faulty items, we'll cover return shipping costs.
