Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of https://www.nextgenrepairs.co.nz and our repair and accessory services, operated by NextGen Repairs and Accessories Ltd (NZBN 9429053511454).
Repair services
Repair quotes are estimates and may be revised after physical inspection. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or data loss — we recommend backing up your device before any repair. All work is performed in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in NZD and include 15% GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.
Fair Trading Act compliance
We describe our services and products accurately and do not make misleading claims, in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the relevant service or product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under NZ law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
